A four inch shorter version of the large urban rescue back pack with the same outside features with the exception of no waist strap. This size will hold only a "C" cylinder or it may be removed and more pockets added. The main compartment lid has five attached clear vinyl compartments. Measures 11"W x 16"H x 6" D.
