The Thru-the-Roof Push-Up pole is designed with a no-drip flange to mount thruogh the roof of a weatherproof compartment. The pole is raised from the bottom by pushing it up with the knurled handle. The driver or crew can position the light without leaving the cab.

The light pole is made of anodized aluminum and has a knurled twist lock mechanism to secure the extension pole in position. The extension pole extends 4' and rotates 360 degrees. A round no drip mounting flange is provided. Wiring extends from the pole bottom with a 4' retractile cord.

The bulb is accessible through the front. The lamphead directs 50 percent of the light onto the action area while providing 50 percent to illuminate the working area. The lamphead angle of elevation is adjustable at a pivot in the mounting arm and the position is locked with a round knurled locking knob. The lamphead incorporates heat-dissipating fins. Lamphead and mounting arm are powder coated white. The floodlight is UL listed as a scene light for fire service use.
