This vest is certified ANSI 107-2004 Class 3. It is Flame Retardant to NFPA 701 small flame test. It also breaks in five (5) locations on the vest. It breaks apart in the event of a snagg or sharp pull. It breaks at the front, under the arms and across the tops of the arms. It features short arms to reduce entanglement in moving machinery.
