Our Pro’s Combo III (778-603) combines our finest pocket aneroid sphyg and our popular Adscope 603 clinician stethoscope. Ideal for nurses, PA’s, and EMT’s, the Adcuff+ model features our all-new, one-piece, reusable nylon blood pressure cuff:

• Bladderless construction from TPU-coated, 70 denier nylon that’s simple to use and easy to clean
• Surface-mounted tube ports for a more uniform fit around patient limb
• ADC’s proprietary Size Guide marking system, which helps prevent mis-cuffing
• Longer limb ranges for improved patient coverage
• Hang tab (on most sizes) fits conventional pocket gauges
• Hook-and-loop adhesive rated for tens of thousands of cycles
• Three-year warranty on cuff
