Original BDUs have been an enthusiast favorite for decades, so we knew it was important not to lose sight of the heritage that made them so popular. The BDU 2.0 is an iteration on the original MIL-T-44047E spec with a few modern upgrades focused on utility, durability, and ergonomics.

Military Spec NYCO Fabric:

Our BDU 2.0 Pant utilizes the same lightweight ripstop blend formulated by the U.S. Armed Forces for the Improved Hot Weather Combat Uniform. This enhanced nylon/cotton fabric blend offers the same durability with improved breathability and moisture control over traditional ripstop.

7 Pocket Design:

Extra-wide, angle cut hand pockets offer quick-access from all positions and are armed with a reinforced saddle for utility knives and multi-tools. Two streamlined, button-closure cargo pockets offer the same carry capacity with less bulk, and a dedicated cell phone drop-in slot. And spacious button flap back pockets feature an updated ergonomic angle.

Adjustable Fit:

We kept the original alpha sized spec and relaxed fit of classic BDUs and added low profile, quick-release side adjustment tabs and a microfiber lined waistband for ultimate comfort. And durable drawstring leg closures accommodate any boot or shoe style.

Field-Ready Durability

Felled seam construction and bar-tack reinforcements at key stress points give the BDU 2.0 Pant incredible durability and service life, just like its predecessor. Ripstop NYCO fabric resists abrasion and tears, and double-layered knee and seat reinforcements mean the BDU 2.0 can put in just as many hours as the original.
